Unpin dbt Fusion once the BigQuery test hang is fixed

#2966 pinned dbt Fusion to 2.0.0-preview.205 in scripts/test/integration-dbtf.sh because 2.0.0-preview.209 hangs indefinitely in test_dbt_fusion[dbt_fusion_local_bigquery_dag] (Snowflake test passes, BigQuery test never returns).

Unpin, or bump to a known-good version, once the hang is resolved upstream. The hang also needs reporting to dbt-labs/dbt-fusion.
