What Is This Change?
@pastelsky suggested to dedupe the packages and it fixes all the problems with mini-css-extract-plugin warnings. The dompurify replacement is there to remove the source map warnings.
But this PR upgrades some components and breaks the custom styling. Hence, this PR is not mergeable.
