What Is This Change?
This PR introduces two commands to switch in and out of review mode in devsphere. Review mode is a zen-like experience that focuses on the PR being viewed.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested this extensively in devsphere: moreover, these options are opt-in and not triggered by default, if a user does not want to.
