Looks like this adds deps, but doesn't consume them anywhere. Is that a mistake?

@dpilch Explained this to me offline. Related to needing to include transitive deps for JSII. Probably added when bedrock dep was bumped from 3.622.0 to 3.779.0. |

Description of changes
Refresh lockfile. I've noticed some PRs failing on the build stage, but the build locally is fine. I am trying just refreshing the lockfile to see if that fixes things.
Some packages were upgraded within their range, so there was also some changes to JSII deps.
