Please describe your bug.
I am getting an error that I don't know how to diagnose. I've built a chatbot using the AI Kit in Amplify 2, and it works great for the most part. The problem is, I simply cannot connect to my AppSync endpoint when using Firefox anymore. No HTTP error codes or anything. The only thing I see in the Dev console in Firefox is NS_ERROR_NET_RESET. Can someone please help? I have no additional status codes, metrics, errors, or logs to go off of other than what's displayed in the screenshot.
It doesn't appear I'm alone on this. Many users are reporting a similar issue here:

What's the expected behaviour?
This error should never occur with a valid session.
Help us reproduce the bug!
Happens intermittently on multiple computers and networks. I'm not able to provide reliable reproduction steps. Clearing cache/cookies sometimes resolves the issue, sometimes doesn't.
