In this PR BytesValue and other classes handling bytes is removed, and the Bytes library of Apache Tuweni is used instead.
Note this depends on a dev snapshot of Apache Tuweni, so it'd be best to conduct review but still wait for an official release.This depends on Apache Tuweni 0.10.0.
