CMS: structure of analysis form #216

Right now the analysis form is a list of more or less modular fields that make up the key components (e.g. Basic Information, Main Measurement, Auxiliary Measurement, Final Results). We should investigate the need to change this:

  • There may be very many Auxiliary Measurements to a single or few Main Measurements. Would it be useful to move them outside of the analysis form to reduce it's size? If so, should they live in tabs or should their linked results (see CMS: link measurements #209) be all that connects them to the analysis?
  • How can we reduce the amount of empty fields for the user when he first creates an analysis and still give an overview of what will be required?
