Added filter for deployments(tiles) using configuration parameter so that users can select the source of metrics in case multiple tiles are configured with single OpsManager.
Implementation is same as WantedEvents and events are routed only for selected deployments (e.g. cf, redis,etc)
Deployments in a foundation can be listed using
bosh deployments
