JSON parser croaks on utf-8 BOM

I created a custom JSON config file, then I modified one of the keys. coffeelint croaked on the first character in the file, which turned out to be a UTF-8 BOM (byte order mark), which my editor automatically created. When I turned that off in my editor, things worked fine but I think that your JSON parser should ignore any BOM that might be present.

And v3 was released as @coffeelint/cli

If you could add an issue in that repo we could look into it.
