New maintainer request

@tonyganch I see this project is no longer updated, but honestly it's the best CSS styler I've found in terms of customizability and simplicity.

I've noticed a handful of small issues myself, and there are a good number of PRs already waiting here. I wonder if you would consider adding me as a maintainer to this project? I don't have a lot of time to keep up with it, but I've already spent a few days getting to know the ins and outs (and the Gonzales-PE package) and think I can at least help patch over a few of the bigger items that have been neglected.
