Description
What happened?
I was finally able to reproduce an ongoing issue I have randomly experienced for weeks. Sometimes I open up Librechat on my Android phone through shortcut and on top it says "New Chat". I start typing and after I hit send, it gets appended immediately to a previous chat, it does not create a new one.
Today I found one way to reproduce this:
- open new chat window
- send a message (get reply)
- hit back button -> you get on New chat page again
- type another message and send it -> you get sent to the previous chat, even though before sending message it looks like you are opening a new one.
I have made a video showing this:

I also noticed, that when I send first message, the title on top says "New Chat" always. In sidebar however, it gives the title summary. The "New Chat" title is not updated until I refresh the page. This feels related, so I am keeping it in the same issue. I also experienced on few occasions (cant reproduce reliably) that I had a new chat page open (message history was empty, just like when you open new chat for agent), but the title was set to a title of previous message (so instead of "New Chat" it would say "Banana bread recipe"). Upon sending a message, again it would get appended to the banana bread recipe instead of starting a new chat.
