CPU and MEM counters of AKS clusters show not available

Describe the bug
Since updating to v0.30.7 the CPU and MEM counters of the clusters (Azure Kubernetes Service) are n/a.

Expected behavior
The counters were showing before, I think even with v0.30.6

Can confirm, GCP cluster statistics are n/a and the 0.30.7 is not showing CPU/Memory columns either for node/pod level views.

Working fine in 0.30.6
