Kubernetes External Secret is not compatible with k8s 1.22

Kubernetes External Secret is not compatible with k8s 1.22 and remains in crashloop after installation completes.

Describe the bug

Kubernetes External Secret is not compatible with k8s 1.22 and remains in crashloop after installation completes as the CRDs have changed and needs to be updated

To Reproduce

Install devtron stack on a k8s 1.22 cluster

Expected behavior

Kubernetes External Secret should be in running state and should work.

Current behavior

Kubernetes External Secret pod remains in crashloopback
