Not able to go back from app-details page in helm-apps

Changes have been made. Related PR - devtron-labs/dashboard#314

Note: Changed points from 1 to 0.5 since we just had to fix the redirection from AppDetails to HelmApps by keeping it similar to old behavior (/Devtron Apps behavior).
