Copy/paste from terminal doesn't always work as expected | Incorrect date

• Select and copy doesn't work sometimes (or atleast doesn't gives the feedback).
• Pasting copied text from terminal fails to work almost everytime.
• Incorrect date is shown after deployment in build history & deployment history
