Issues in upgrading deployment template chart version for the apps created before GITOPS PREFIX - Stuck on application status update

Describe the bug

For the apps created before GITOPS prefix option, if we upgrade chart version, then the gitops repo url changes for that particular env and deployment status is stuck in Starting

To Reproduce

1. On Any app which is created before gitops prefix introduction, change chart version for a particular env
2. then Deploy

Expected behavior

If configuration is fine, it should deploy with status healthy in Trigger page too

Current behavior

For that particular env, it's stuck in starting
