Deployment strategy for custom chart

Describe the bug

Applications deployed using custom chart are not getting deployed.

To Reproduce

1. User goes to Create an application
2. User selects custom uploaded chart as deployment template
3. Create CI CD pipelines and deploy the application and observe

Expected behavior
Application will be deployed as mentioned in the values.yaml of uploaded chart

Current behavior
Application is not getting deployed
