UI Issue while adding Secrets in app configuration

Whenever any application Secrets to be added in app configuration for different Environment.
There's an error always popup as "duplicate key value violates unique constraint "app env unique" "

Adding snapshot -

Once the page is refreshed then this error wont pop up again.
After this Expected data saved.
