Application status "missing or degraded" in app details | Fixed UI error message in app details

1. Initially, on deployment, we show Application status as "missing or degraded" always
   Most of the time on loading we don't show complete info like resource tree logs events etc

2. Fixed margin issue in error message of app details page

1. After deploying the chart the application status shows missing
2. Spacing between more & error message in app details

To Reproduce

1. Create helm app from chart store
2. Observe UI after deployment

Expected behavior

Page should show all tree data & application status
