Height issue in Create application card

Describe the bug

Height issue having in Create your first application card

To Reproduce

The user goes to click on help button
Then the User selects the getting started
Then after click on using CI/CD
verify the two card height are visible

Expected behaviour

The both card of Create your first application height should be in center

Current behaviour

Both card of Create your first application height not coming in center
