Summary
Discord channel button visibility should be configurable so that enterprise users can disable it.
Motivation
Devtron Enterprise users have their own channel of support with Devtron team so there should be an option to disable it.
Proposal
Introduce a parameter through which user has option to enable/disable the Discord channel integration.
