Move to under moby org

As discussed with @thaJeztah, this repo needs to be move to under moby, i.e. become github.com/moby/go-units.

It's a small utility project, used in a couple of projects, and it felt like one of those "not really a Docker, inc. product thing", so suitable for Moby org (and adding common maintainers)

(moving should be generally safe; initially we can rely on the github redirects; after that we can rename the imports / module)

I still think it would make sense to move it, but need to look who's able to assist with that now 🤔 (lots of things changed w.r.t. ownership of GitHub settings in the org).

I'll try to see if I can find someone to help; if we do, then I think we should do something similar to what we did with spdystream;

• tag a module release under the old name
• rename imports, and tag a release under the new name

We could even try to do a tag under the old name after that, which deprecates the module and implements the "old name" using the "new name", aliasing the types and functions;

• github.com/docker/go-units v0.6.0 (first with go.mod)
• github.com/moby/go-units v0.7.0 (new name)
• github.com/docker/go-units v0.6.1 (marking it deprecated, and aliases everything to the new name)
