Automatic installation of the Docker DX extension

Users may have noticed that the Docker DX extension has been installed into Visual Studio Code even though they have never explicitly decided to install Docker DX. The Docker DX extension is installed because it is included as part of an extension pack along with Microsoft's Docker extension. Any user who has Microsoft's Docker extension installed will automatically get the Docker DX extension installed alongside with it.
