[Lens] persist table column adjustments made in dashboard edit mode

Describe the feature:
If you wish to persist the column widths on a Lens data table, you have to make the change in the Lens editor.

Aggs-based tables allow you to persist the change from the dashboard edit mode. We should consider replicating this behavior in Lens since it does not force a view transition (page load, extra clicks, etc).

Also, this has a strong impact on ES|QL tables as they exists only within an inline editing context and cannot access the full editor.
