[Lens] Users with View rights cannot unhide columns in tables

Problem
It has been raised by customers that users with view rights to a dashboards can hide table columns but they cannot unhide them afterwards.

Solution
When a column is hidden, users need in View mode need to know and be able to unhide it.

Also, using the EUI column controls would also allow users to hide columns created from the "Split metrics by" dimension (something we don't allow them to do currently). I think we only those columns to be filtered out or in instead of a simple show/hide toggle. Removing that inconsistency would be nice.

Google sheets adds a expansion UI in between the adjacent columns.

@MichaelMarcialis we can probably have a quick win here if we add a new action to each column header that Unhide all columns. Is a global action but at least we don't need any to change the current layout, add anything expect for a new item on the dropdown menu.

@markov00: I'd prefer that we not add an "Unhide all columns" option to all column action menus. I fear it would be an odd user experience to have users interact with one column's set of actions in order to restore visibility to a completely separate hidden column.

As @teresaalvarezsoler mentions in an earlier comment, I agree that the best and quickest path forward will be to make the data grid toolbar visible, which contains a "Columns" menu that users can interact with to control visibility of all columns in the table (regardless if shown or hidden). Whether or not other features of the toolbar (i.e. sorting, keyboard shortcuts, display options, full-screen) should also be included for Lens tables can be debated.

In any case, let me know if this is a task that ya'll wish to take priority, and I can temporarily pause work the "Lens powered by ES|QL" design explorations to make some quick mockups here. Otherwise, I'll assume this will continue to be a lower priority.
