docs: add v1.4.2 to benchmark report results

What type of PR is this?
Updating the benchmark report explorer tool with latest release data.

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Adding the outputs from the 1.4.2 release benchmark report to the benchmark report tool.
• Changed the display of graphs that were stacked to not be stacked to avoid confusion.
• Reordered the variables of versions to be in order
• Rebuilt the tool which is outputted in site/static/js/benchmark-dashboard.js
