use v4 and v5 side-by-side

Hi,

Since the import statements for these modules are the same for both v4 and v5 I cannot use them side by-side in the same project (using NPM). - It may be possible using yarn. - I am phasing out material-ui for material-ui@next and use these side-by-side in the same project.

Could you change the imports for "redux-form-material-ui" v5 as "redux-form-material-ui@next"?

Perhaps I am overlooking a better solution?

Help would be appreciated.
