Could you add the continued discussion of ethereum/EIPs#5703 to agenda, hopefully get it settled this time.

Could we add a discussion around adding an APAC friendly call time on an infrequent reoccurring period such as once every 4 meetings? I'm based in New Zealand so something at 20:00 UTC or later would work up until the change in daylight savings time I'd think which we'd just need to push it back a bit further then.

Summary

• 5508 - > agreed to be merged

• 5682 - @SamWilsn is against it, and @Pandapip1 proposed an alternative proposal
    Sam & Matt are against having more flexibility for any sort of consideration. 
  continue discussing the Issue, and bring it back on the next call with more feedback.

• EIP/ERC split - @timbeiko will talk to CL team to have volunteers to be engaged with the process with forced merged permissions if needed. He will share the decision after the ACDC meeting.

• 5703 - @lightclient will add his comment to the PR to get @SamWilsn thoughts to have @xinbenlv added as ERC Editor.
