I think a better solution is to change this line:

create-react-app/packages/react-error-overlay/src/components/ErrorOverlay.js

Line 27 in f06ae8b

fontSize: '11px',

to fontSize: '0.7rem' and revert the changes you have currently.. For those that use the standard font size it will be roughly the same size as today, but will scale with the font size if the user overrides the default such as through their browser settings.

There's some significant work happening with the error overlay in general and there hasn't been any activity here in a long time, so i'm going to close. Thanks for the PR!
