NRF24L01 radio module support

Before I start trying to develop my own NRF24L radio module support for StandardFirmata I would like to ask whether such implementation already exists ? 
It is hard to believe that noone ever came across the situation of programming the radio module through Firmata, or C#/.NET if you like. And I could not find such implementation...
