Add ADOPTERS.md listing organisations using Flannel in production

Flannel lacks a documented list of known production adopters, making it hard to understand the project's real-world reach or identify organisations to engage with.

Changes

• ADOPTERS.md — New file with two sections:

  • Production Adopters: organisations with verifiable evidence (documented integrations, contributed backends, or maintainer affiliation) — SUSE/Rancher (K3s, RKE2), Tigera (Canal), Tencent Cloud (contributed pkg/backend/tencentvpc/), Microsoft (Windows node support), LinkedIn (production-scale fixes)
  • Contributing Organisations: 30+ companies with employee contributors that may be using Flannel in production and should be reached out to for confirmation — sourced by mining contributor email domains from git history, PR authors, and issue reporters
  • Includes a call-to-action for self-registration via PR

• README.md — Added link to ADOPTERS.md under the Documentation section

Research methodology

Contributor email domains were extracted from full git history (@suse.com, @coreos.com, @redhat.com, @tencent.com, @microsoft.com, @linkedin.com, @vmware.com, @nvidia.com, @alibaba-inc.com, @bytedance.com, etc.) and cross-referenced with PR authorship and the existing Documentation/integrations.md.
