UX correction - Default supplier dropdown overlaps "Create" button

If you try to create a PO from Material request, a pop-up appears for selecting a Default Supplier. The drop down opens automatically.

1. The drop down opens by default even if there is no default supplier for the item. Keep it closed because most likely the user will click on "Create" directly.
2. When the drop-down opens, it overlaps the "Create" button. For a new user (who will mostly directly click "Create") this is confusing.
