stock_tool_paths() missed tools/expression_tools/ (param_value_from_file, pick_value) — these are Galaxy stock tools but live outside lib/galaxy/tools/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
