Tag v0.3?

@fverdugo Could the package version be incremented to 0.3, and then a new release be made? I'm depending on the new method signatures added in #13 for one of my packages, but I can't tag a new verison of my package before a new version is tagged here.

I think it should be sufficient to update the version field in the Project.toml file. After that, the TagBot.yml script should run automatically when committing the change.
