Because farming for lives is tedious, and having a QoL code to bypass that would really be nice.

I know code modding is Soon (tm), but given how simple a code that stops lives from decreasing would be to implement, I think being in the builtin codes would be fine.

Would really appreciate this, considering how much I restart individual level runs, it's incredibly annoying getting booted back to the world map every 5 restarts.
