It's been 3 years since the last release - it'd be great to ship a new update!

We'll have a lot of PRs merged including some useful updates to rules:

• feat(attr-sort): sort unknown attributes alphabetically #668
• fix(tag-pair): point tag-pair error message to correct line and colum… #1503
• fix(spec-char-escape): remove ampersand from spec-char-escape #1504
• feat: display warning log message when it can not parse config #893
• fix(idclassaddisabled): typo in default export name #728

Plus, lots of dependency updates, documentation fixes etc..
