Two separate PRs both required a refactor of guide/stencil widgets to be general purpose "shape widgets" so I have combined them into a single PR. Portals allow linking between sketches (similar to how VR Chat has portals between worlds) and gaussian capture allows placement of widgets to control camera poses in sphere or box configurations
