[Feature Request] Could headless eventually be used to encapsulate to any component?

Why stop at just modals? Could a modified headless mode be used to link specific components to specific Inertia pages?

I imagine this with data tables that can more easily be added and removed from a separate dashboard. Pagination, sorting, and filtering becomes far less complex when they are encapsulated separately.
