Arch-Deployer is back!

Three years after it was abandoned and archived, I've decided to reopen this repository given the continued interest from many of you.

For now, you'll have to settle for these changes:

• code refactoring (partial)
• if available, use "appimagetool" from $PATH
• get rid of libfuse2 dependency
• AppRun improved, detect all directories in /usr/lib (experimental)

...more new features will arrive in the future, while I continue to work on other packaging methods, such as the established Archimage.
