[Bug]: On initial load of Monitor page the charts are half-width

What happened?

When loading the Monitor page the metrics charts are half-width

Steps to reproduce

1. run docker compose up in jaeger:docker-compose/monitor/
2. run UI npm start
3. wait a few min, navigate to http://localhost:5173/monitor
4. the charts are shown half-width
5. change something like a service or time range, and the charts go to full width

Expected behavior

charts always full width

I’m able to reproduce this. On initial load, the charts render at half width, and they only resize correctly after a state change (e.g. service or time range update).

This looks like a layout measurement happening before the container has its final width (possibly missing a resize trigger or effect timing issue on mount).

I’d like to take this up—happy to investigate and propose a fix if that works for the maintainers.
