[feat]: Add Jaeger assistant (AG-UI + assistant-ui)

Requirement

Introduce an in-app assistant that talks to a backend over AG-UI, with UI built from assistant-ui.

• Entry point: Repurpose the top bar search: natural language opens the assistant; 16 - 32 hex strings still go to trace lookup.
• Layout: Assistant opens as a fixed-width right column (not a floating modal), transform on the main column when the dock is open so trace views fixed stay in the main area and don’t cover the panel.

I'd love to work on this issue! I'm interested in implementing the AG-UI + assistant-ui integration for the Jaeger assistant.

Could you assign this to me? A few quick questions before I start:

1. Is there a preferred backend/agent endpoint I should target for the AG-UI connection, or should I mock it for now?
2. Are there any existing design mockups beyond the user flows doc linked above?
3. Any preference on how the entry-point toggle (natural language vs hex trace ID detection) should be handled — client-side regex, or something else?

Happy to open a draft PR once I have a basic skeleton ready for early feedback. Thanks!
