[trace view] Span position in graph doesn't match its position in the detail

Description

As shown in the attached image, the position of the span in the graph does not match the position of the span in the detail section.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Difficult to say, doesn't happen with every trace, and many traces are large so the span graph is very scaled down. Seems to be a parent-child vertical-sorting issue.

The position of the span in the graph does not match the position of the span in the detail section.

The span positioning is consistent in both the graph and the trace detail view.

Issue is intermittent.
