Failed PUT. 401. for few users only

Hi I come across the issues when we are trying to upload the list of machines I'm getting error saying

I see that this users have access to read, create, update static groups. I was wondering whether we are missing any permissions which they are expected to be part of. One surprising thing is they use to add devices using MUT till 2 weeks back and we don't see any changes happend in between.
