Your page will be made up of any number of the following

button
space
textfield
textarea
html
map
slider
switch

If you need something else look to see if there are any code samples that have been submitted or have a go at writing it yourself.

When you place these on the page you start at the top and build columns and rows.

For example:

This is achieved by having

a Section that is vertical so that the menu is listed down the screen.
Items that are horizontal to form rows.
Components for the icon and then nested vertical components for the two lines of text.
