Allow a custom prefix

Hi!

First of all, thanks for your plugin!
In our workflow we want to use conventional commits, but we have to be able to support distinct release branches. Therefore, we would like to use prefixes in the the tags, i.e. <name_of_release>1.3.5 . Where <name_of_release> can be a string "Unicorn." or simply another number "1." - at the moment the plugin can't handle these tag names.

I understand the need but the plugin manipulate semver versions and a prefix is not allowed in semver specs.
If we want to add such feature we'll must add an optional parameter, for instance prefix to remove it when we compute the next semver version.

Is this behaviour match what you expect ?

For instance : nextVersion prefix: 'unicorn-' will be compatible with a tag like unicorn-1.0.0`

I have little time in the coming weeks so it may take time to develop such feature 😉

@philippart-s I think this is an issue relevant to Go projects as well as their version starts with the prefix v.
