Pomodoro completion does not update ActionBar

When a pomodoro runs to zero and completes, the ActionBar icon stays at "abort". I'd expect it to change to "start" to start the next interval, whether a pomodoro or break.

This is actually the result of two bugs: the countdown controller does not change the view when it counts down to the completion of an interval (and in fact there is no method to do so), and the interval does not clear its running flag when it sets its complete flag (which affects the action of the countdown controller on the next countdown toggle click).
