Feature Request: onReady event

Description:

Can you please add a callback when the ajaxForm finished binding the events to the real form?
I have a case which a modal dialog is getting the html markup from the server and only then binding the ajaxform, and I want to show the submit button only after I'm sure the form has been set to fire via ajax
