@indus does this seem directly related to the JS ecosystem to you? It seems to be a dead link checker for websites, so I can see it being related to the web ecosystem as a whole, but it's not really a JS-specific tool that devs might use in their CI as an NPM package etc.?

I'm willing to approve it, as I see it as a tool that someone might find useful. However, I really hope this isn't an attempt to acquire the subdomain for a personal page, as was previously requested in #9840. I may review the content again after some time to ensure it aligns with the original intent.
