✨ Enhancement: Automation of PR review board

Currently the PR review board is manually operated.
When a PR is raised, the members have to manually put the new PRs in the PR board and eventually into their required respective columns as per the current state and progress of PR.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can automatize this PR board by introducing a new workflow, that automatically adds new PRs into PR review board's Ready to Review column. Further based upon requirement, we can add more automations in this workflow.

As per our discussion, I’ve completed the implementation of the PR board automation by linking the project directly to the website repository. I’ve also thoroughly tested the intended functionalities through this PR: #1757.
Since this issue is addressed and resolved completely, so I am closing this as completed.
