The template CI failure is due to the release of Helm v3.18.0 (we're not pinning the Helm version in the workflow).
Possibly related:

• typeIs/typeOf behavior has changed since helm 3.18.0 helm/helm#30880
• Reverting fix "renders int as float" helm/helm#30884

I handled the int / float thing as part of #3293. There was no reason we had to do the check - disabling matomo should be done with the dedicated '.enabled' field rather than by setting replicas to 0.
